I had a great experience with Dr Iaculli and his staff! I had braces as a kid but my teeth shifted significantly as an adult. After putting it off for many years, I finally opted to do liners and so glad I did- very pleased with the end result! The process was so easy too and I had zero issues over the course of the whole time which for me was close to two years. The technology has evolved so much since I last wore retainers which definitely made the experience positive. Appointments were always very efficient and informative. Highly recommend this practice!

I had orthodontic treatment here years ago when I was a minor, and one part of the experience has stayed with me ever since. During one appointment, my canines were reshaped without anyone explaining the procedure beforehand or asking for my or my parent's consent. I only realized something had changed when I noticed my teeth looked different and asked what had happened. My canines were noticeably shortened and permanently lost the natural shape that I liked. I understand that tooth reshaping can sometimes be part of orthodontic treatment, but it's a permanent change to healthy teeth, and I believe patients and parents, as well as the child, deserve to be informed and given the opportunity to consent before it is done. More than a decade later, I'm still disappointed by how this was handled. If you're considering treatment here, I encourage you to ask detailed questions about every procedure and make it clear that you want to be informed before any permanent changes are made to your teeth.

The staff was super friendly and made every visit easy and comfortable. The orthodontist explained everything clearly and did a great job with my treatment. I’m really happy with my smile and would definitely recommend them!

The staff is very friendly as soon as you walk through the door! Also they are very knowledgeable and their equipment is on the edge of technology. The results have been pleasing thus far! Dr. Iacculi takes his time and is very caring.

East Cobb Orthodontics are just the best! From the first consultation visit to the completion of the Invisalign treatments and any type of adjustments needed, everything worked out fine. Just recently, I had a dental crown problem and was very upset with the practice that had done the work. Since I was definitely not planning on staying with them, I asked ECO for a referral for a new dental practice. They referred me to a wonderful dentist and I’m very happy that I trusted their judgement. Thank you Dr. Iaculli & staff for taking great care of me and going above & beyond. Liz S.
